How long is the warranty?

We have a 12 month warranty on all refurbished axles, we have a 24 month warranty

Can I pay through PayPal?

Yes you can pay through paypal or a normal credit card gateway

Can you adjust the ride height?

Yes, all of our axles are custom built to order.

When will my axle be out for delivery?

We can send new axles out on the day of purchase, however refurbished axles are usually sent out between one and two working days, however it is always best to call up and check.

Can I track my order after I have purchased?

Yes, currently our courier is TNT, if you give us a ring, we will be able to track it ourselves, or alternatively if you prefer we can provide you with the tracking number to use on the TNT website.

Do I have to send my old axle back?

Yes, with our refurbished axles, we operate on an exchange unit policy.

Do I have to send my old axle back myself?

No, once the exchange unit is ready, wrap it up and give us a ring, we will get our courier to pick up the exchange unit.

Does the old axle need wrapping up?

Yes, not necessarily to protect it, but to cover it. E.g. bubble wrap/bin liners.

Do I have to send my old axle back the same day?

No, when the old axle is ready for collection, give us a ring and we can organise a suitable time.

Can I collect my axle if I live in a nearby area?

Of course, if you live in a nearby area and would prefer to collect, please give us a ring.

Can I shop online?

Yes, we have an eBay shop and our own website we would however recommend making orders over the phone.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, we are able to send products all over Europe. However, prices may differ. Please give us a call to discuss a price.
